This Southern Style Peach Cobbler is everything you want in a homemade dessert. Sweet juicy peaches bake beneath a buttery golden crust with warm cinnamon flavor, creating an old-fashioned cobbler that’s simple to make and even better served warm with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 2 16oz cans sliced peaches (one drained, one undrained)
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- ground cinnamon

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Add the BUTTER to a 7×11-inch baking dish and place it in the oven just until melted.
- In a large bowl whisk together the SELF-RISING FLOUR, BROWN SUGAR, WHITE SUGAR, WHOLE MILK, and VANILLA until smooth.
- Pour the batter directly over the melted BUTTER. Do not stir.
- Pour one DRAINED CAN OF PEACHES and one UNDRAINED CAN OF PEACHES evenly over the batter. Do not stir.
- Sprinkle generously with GROUND CINNAMON.
- Bake for 45–50 MINUTES, or until the top is beautifully golden brown and the cobbler is fully set.
- Allow the cobbler to cool for 10–15 MINUTES. It will continue to thicken as it rests.
- Serve warm on its own or with a scoop of VANILLA ICE CREAM.
