Ingredients:
- 1/2 large cabbage (sliced into chunks)
- 1/2 yellow onion (julienned)
- 1/3 red bell pepper (julienned)
- 1/3 green bell pepper (julienned)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 8 oz smoked andouille sausage (sliced into small quarters)
- 2 slices thick-cut bacon
- 1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Very Noicee AP seasoning (to taste)
- salt (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)

Directions
- Cook the BACON in a cold skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove and chop.
- Brown the ANDOUILLE SAUSAGE in the bacon fat until caramelized. Remove and set aside.
- Add the ONION and both BELL PEPPERS. Season lightly with SALT and BLACK PEPPER, then sauté until softened. Remove.
- Add the OLIVE OIL and BUTTER.
- Add the CABBAGE and sauté until it begins to shrink, working in batches if necessary.
- Season generously with VERY NOICEE AP SEASONING.
- Return the cooked SAUSAGE, PEPPERS, and ONIONS to the skillet and toss together.
- Add the GARLIC and chopped BACON. Cook another minute until fragrant.
- Serve immediately while hot.
