Inspired by the viral TikTok SAND-wich trend, this baguette is layered with creamy burrata, salty prosciutto, juicy tomatoes, peppery arugula, pesto, and balsamic glaze. It’s simple, beautiful, and packed with flavor.

•   pesto
•   tomato (sliced)
•   prosciutto
•   burrata (sliced and spread)
•   arugula
•   balsamic glaze

Directions

1. Slice the baguette lengthwise.
2. Spread a generous layer of pesto on the bottom half.
3. Add sliced tomatoes.
4. Layer the prosciutto over the tomatoes.
5. Add a handful of arugula.

7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
