Mint and Cumin-Spiced Lamb Chops

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and mint.
  2. Add the lamb chops to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for deeper flavor).
  3. Preheat a grill or heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Remove lamb chops from marinade and shake off excess.
  4. Grill or sear lamb chops for 3–4 minutes per side (for medium-rare) or longer depending on desired doneness.
  5. Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with additional chopped mint and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.

Tip: Serve alongside herbed couscous, tabbouleh, or a cucumber-yogurt salad for a full Middle Eastern spread.
