This creamy Mexican chipotle sauce blends smoky chipotle peppers with Mexican crema, mayonnaise, cilantro, and warm spices. It makes a bold, slightly spicy topping or dipping sauce for tacos, sandwiches, fries, grilled meats, and vegetables.

Ingredients:
- 1 7 oz can chipotles in adobo sauce
- 1/2 cup Mexican crema
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 3 tbsp cilantro
- salt (to taste)

Directions
- Add the entire can of CHIPOTLE PEPPERS IN ADOBO, including the sauce, to a blender or food processor.
- Add the MEXICAN CREMA, MAYONNAISE, CAYENNE PEPPER, GARLIC POWDER, and GROUND CUMIN.
- Add the fresh CILANTRO and a small pinch of salt.
- Blend until the sauce is thick, creamy, and mostly smooth. Stop once or twice to scrape down the sides of the blender if needed.
- Taste the sauce and add additional salt or cayenne pepper as desired.
- For a thinner, more pourable sauce, blend in 1 tablespoon of water or additional Mexican crema at a time until it reaches the desired consistency.
- Transfer to a covered container and refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir before using.
