- onions (diced)
- red bell pepper (diced)
- green bell pepper (diced)
- yellow bell pepper (diced)
- 2 eggs
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- black pepper
- salt
- fine breadcrumbs
- BBQ sauce

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, diced onions, diced red bell pepper, diced green bell pepper, diced yellow bell pepper, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, milk, and fine breadcrumbs.
- Use your hands to mix everything together until well combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the meatloaf dense.
- Transfer the meat mixture to the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a loaf, about 8-9 inches long and 4-5 inches wide.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- During the last 10-15 minutes of baking, brush BBQ sauce generously over the top of the meatloaf.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
