-
- Ingredients

- Ingredients
• 1½ lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into chunks
• 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• ½ tsp black pepper
• Sesame seeds + scallions for garnish
• Wooden skewers (soaked if needed)
Instructions
- ◊ Make the marinade: Whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and black pepper until smooth.
- ◊ Marinate chicken: Toss the chicken in the sauce and let marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight in the fridge.
- ◊ Skewer it up: Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, packing them tightly for juiciness.

- ◊ Finish and serve: Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced scallions. Serve hot with rice, kimchi, or lettuce wraps!
