Indian Omelette

A flavorful and fluffy Indian-style omelette packed with fresh onions, green chillies, and coriander, cooked in butter for the perfect golden fold.
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 onions (finely chopped)
- 1-2 green chilies (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander (chopped)
- 2 pinches salt (to taste)
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
Directions
Crack your eggs into a bowl and add very finely chopped onions, green chillies, and fresh coriander with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Give it a good whisk!
Heat a bit of butter in a pan—always butter for omelettes, please—and pour in the eggs, making sure it’s a thin layer so it can fold easily.
Once the eggs set, gently fold the omelette over and it’s done.
Enjoy it hot with some nice bread and a fresh Indian salad, as shown in the video.
