These adorable Ice Cream Cone Dog Treats look like miniature ice cream cones but are made with wholesome dog-friendly ingredients. They’re perfect for birthdays, gotcha days, or celebrating your favorite pup.

•   20 mini ice cream cones
•   1 banana
•   1/4 cup peanut butter (xylitol-free)
•   1 egg
•   1 tbsp coconut oil
•   1/3 cup water
•   3/4 cup brown rice flour
•   1 tsp baking powder
•   1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
•   1/2 cup plain low fat cream cheese
•   1 tbsp honey
•   1 tbsp cornstarch

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, mash the banana and mix with the peanut butter, egg, coconut oil, and water.
3. Add the brown rice flour and baking powder, mixing until smooth.
4. Line a mini muffin pan tightly with foil and cut small X-shaped slits in each cavity.
5. Insert the mini ice cream cones into the openings and fill each cone about ¾ full with batter.
6. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
7. For the frosting, beat together the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and cornstarch until light and fluffy.
8. Transfer the frosting to a piping bag and chill for 30 minutes.
9. Pipe frosting onto each cooled cone and finish with dog-safe sprinkles, if desired.
10. Store in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to serve.
