Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 6-inch cast-iron skillet with COCONUT OIL.
- Add the ALMOND BUTTER, BEATEN EGGS, MAPLE SYRUP, VANILLA EXTRACT, AND MELTED DARK CHOCOLATE to a large bowl. Stir until everything is thoroughly combined and the mixture begins to thicken.
- Add the CACAO POWDER, BAKING POWDER, AND SEA SALT. Mix until the chocolate brownie batter is smooth and evenly combined.
- Transfer the brownie batter to the prepared cast-iron skillet and spread it into an even layer.
- Bake for 17–20 MINUTES, until the edges are set and the center retains a soft, fudgy brownie texture.
- Remove the skillet from the oven and sprinkle the warm brownie with EXTRA DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND FLAKY SALT.
- Allow the brownie to cool before slicing directly from the skillet into approximately 4–6 BROWNIES. Serve and enjoy.
