Directions

  1. Place the SIRLOIN STEAK, RED ONION, BELL PEPPERS, MUSHROOMS, and CHERRY TOMATOES into a large zip-top bag or airtight container.
  2. Whisk together the ITALIAN DRESSING and SOY SAUCE. Pour the marinade over the steak and vegetables, seal the container, and refrigerate for up to 6 hours.
  3. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before assembling the kabobs.
  4. Drain the steak and vegetables from the marinade and pat everything dry with paper towels.
  5. Thread the STEAK and vegetables onto skewers, alternating ingredients so each kabob has an even mix of meat and vegetables.
  6. Brush each kabob lightly with OLIVE OIL, then season evenly with the SALT, BLACK PEPPER, and GARLIC POWDER.
  7. Preheat a grill to medium heat (approximately 400°F). Grill the kabobs for 10–15 minutes, rotating every few minutes so all sides cook evenly.
  8. Cook until the steak reaches your preferred doneness (135°F for medium-rare, 145°F for medium). Remove from the grill, rest for 5 minutes, and serve immediately.
