These grilled lobster tails are a simple yet elegant meal that delivers restaurant-quality flavor with minimal effort. A rich garlic butter infused with fresh parsley is basted over the lobster as it grills, while charred lemons add a bright citrus finish that perfectly balances the sweet, tender meat.

Directions

  1. Using kitchen shears, carefully cut down the center of each LOBSTER TAIL shell, stopping before the tail fin. Use a sharp knife to slice through the meat without cutting completely through the bottom shell.
  2. Gently open the shells and season the lobster meat with SALT and BLACK PEPPER.
  3. In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the SALTED BUTTER. Stir in the MINCED GARLIC and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the FRESH PARSLEY.
  5. Brush the lobster meat lightly with NEUTRAL OIL. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat (about 425°F) and place the lobster tails meat-side down. Grill for approximately 4 minutes.
  6. Flip the lobster tails over and generously baste them with the GARLIC BUTTER.
  7. Place the LEMON HALVES cut-side down on the grill and cook until lightly charred.
  8. Continue grilling the lobster for another 3–4 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 140°F.
  9. Transfer the lobster tails to a serving platter, spoon the remaining garlic butter over the top, and serve immediately with the grilled lemons.
