Ingredients are subject to availability at local stores. Unavailable items will be automatically substituted at best-effort.
Directions
- Using kitchen shears, carefully cut down the center of each LOBSTER TAIL shell, stopping before the tail fin. Use a sharp knife to slice through the meat without cutting completely through the bottom shell.
- Gently open the shells and season the lobster meat with SALT and BLACK PEPPER.
- In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the SALTED BUTTER. Stir in the MINCED GARLIC and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the FRESH PARSLEY.
- Brush the lobster meat lightly with NEUTRAL OIL. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat (about 425°F) and place the lobster tails meat-side down. Grill for approximately 4 minutes.
- Flip the lobster tails over and generously baste them with the GARLIC BUTTER.
- Place the LEMON HALVES cut-side down on the grill and cook until lightly charred.
- Continue grilling the lobster for another 3–4 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 140°F.
- Transfer the lobster tails to a serving platter, spoon the remaining garlic butter over the top, and serve immediately with the grilled lemons.
