All the gooey indulgence of pecan pie, without the sugar crash. These healthier bars are naturally sweetened and made with wholesome ingredients so that you can enjoy every bite without the guilt.

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350℉. Line an 8×8 inch brownie pan with parchment paper.
- Shortbread Crust: In a large bowl, combine almond flour, olive oil, maple syrup, and vanilla. Mix until combined. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden at the edges.
- Pecan Filling: Wipe the mixing bowl clean. Add coconut sugar, olive oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the pecans, then pour the mixture over the crust and spread evenly. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until set.
- Let the bars cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt before serving.
