Frozen Enrichment Bowl for Dogs

THE PERFECT SUMMER TREAT ❄️🐶☀️ What you’ll need: - A large bowl - A smaller (ideally heavier) bowl that will fit inside the large bowl - Dog friendly fruits and/or veggies - Treats - Water Steps: 1. Throw in some veggies and treats into the bottom of the large bowl 2. Place the small bowl inside the center of the large bowl and fill with water. This will keep the small bowl from floating. 3. Fill the larger bowl with water. 4. Throw in more veggies and treats into the edges of the larger bowl. 5. Freeze overnight. 6. Carefully remove the small bowl and large bowl. You’ll be left with a perfect frozen bowl in the middle! 7. Give to your dog to enjoy outside. 8. You do not need to fill with water. The ice will slowly melt as they lick allowing them to stay hydrated & cool!   •   smaller bowl (ideallt heavier)
  •   dog friendly fruits ( like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
  •   dog friendly vegetables (like cucumber, carrots, etc.)
  •   dog treats
  •   water

Directions

  1. Add a layer of dog-friendly fruits, vegetables, and treats to the bottom of a large bowl.
  2. Place a smaller bowl inside the center of the larger bowl.
  3. Fill the smaller bowl with water to keep it from floating.
  4. Fill the outer bowl with water.
  5. Add more fruits, vegetables, and treats around the outside.
  6. Freeze overnight until completely solid.
  7. Remove both bowls carefully to reveal the frozen enrichment bowl.
  8. Serve outside. As your dog licks the ice, it will slowly melt, providing hydration and a fun enrichment activity.
