Directions

  1. In a large skillet or Dutch oven, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate. Reserve about 1 tbsp of bacon fat in the pan.
  2. Meanwhile, boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In the same pan with bacon fat, melt butter and add your cowboy butter seasoning. Pour in heavy cream and stir in parmesan cheese until smooth. Add the cooked spaghetti and toss to coat.
  4. In a separate skillet or cleaned Dutch oven, brown ground beef with diced onion and garlic until fully cooked. Drain fat if needed.
  5. Add fire-roasted tomatoes, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Simmer 10–15 minutes until thickened.
  6. In a greased baking dish, layer the cowboy butter pasta on the bottom. Pour the meat sauce over the top.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar, Colby jack, and the crumbled bacon.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish with chopped chives and serve hot.
