These steak rice bowls are smoky, savory, and totally customizable. Packed with protein, veggies, and zesty flavor,
they’re the ultimate weeknight dinner or meal prep solution. Think of it like your favorite burrito bowl—made fresh and fast at home!

Ingredients:
- 1 lb flank steak or sirloin, sliced thin
- 2 cups cooked brown or white rice
- 1 cup corn (roasted or canned)
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 avocado, diced
- 0.5 red onion, diced
- 1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
- 0.5 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, and chili powder to taste
Instructions
- Season steak with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear steak slices over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Set aside to rest.
- Warm black beans and corn in a small saucepan or microwave. Season lightly with salt.
- Divide cooked rice among bowls. Top with steak, beans, corn, tomatoes, onion, avocado, and cilantro.
- Drizzle with lime juice and your favorite hot sauce or crema if desired.
