
Cauliflower Popcorn

Did you know that most daycares won’t let you send popcorn as a snack? Well, they won’t. It’s a choking hazard.
This cauliflower popcorn is a great and healthy alternative to normal popcorn and GUESS WHAT…you can send it in your kid’s daycare kit with no worries.
Daycare friendly, super easy, quick, what more could you want as a parent?
Ingredients:
- 1 medium head of cauliflower (cut into small florets)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil in a large bowl until well coated.
- Season with parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss again to coat evenly.
- Spread the cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they’re not overcrowded.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
- Cool slightly and serve warm—just like popcorn!
