Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients:
Beef Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
- 1b Lbs Grass-fed Beef
- 1 small Onion (Chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 3 Tablespoon Cilantro
Stir Fry Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce (I do half)
- 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tablespoons Dark Soy Sauce
Sweet Chili Drizzle Sauce
- 1 clove Garlic (Minced)
- 3 Tablespoons Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Lime (juice)
- 2 Teaspoon Fish Sauce
For Serving
- Basmati Rice
- cucumber (Chopped)
- Cilantro
- Red Onion (Thinly sliced)

1. Heat a little oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Toss in your chopped onion and garlic, and let them cook for about a minute—just enough to smell like you know what you’re doing.
2. Add your ground beef and cook it down until there’s no pink left. Break it up with your spoon like it owes you money.
3. Pour in your stir fry sauce and let it cook for 3–4 minutes. Don’t rush this—let that sauce reduce and caramelize until your beef is glossy and dark brown (aka flavor unlocked).
4. Serve it over rice with your choice of cooked or raw veggies. Drizzle extra sauce on top if you’re feeling bold, and hit it with some fresh herbs if you’re fancy.
5. To eat: mix it all up and go to town.
