This spicy and savory Gochujang Chicken is incredibly flavorful with a slightly sweet kick. Perfectly cooked in the air fryer for a crispy, juicy bite every time!

- In a large bowl, combine the chicken thighs with salt, gochujang, sesame oil, brown sugar, baking powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Mix everything well until the chicken is thoroughly coated in the marinade.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Place the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 8 minutes per side or until fully cooked and lightly charred.
- Remove and serve hot with rice, noodles, or your favorite side dish.
