Trending Stir-Fried Beef with Peppers

A classic and quick stir-fry featuring tender, velvety beef and colorful crisp peppers in a savory soy-based sauce. This trending dish delivers restaurant-quality flavor in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1 flank steak (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 tsp sugar
- 1/3 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tap oyster sauce
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp oil
- 30 g onion (sliced)
- 30 g green pepper (sliced)
- 30 g red pepper (sliced)
- 1 tsp light soy sauce

Directions
- Thinly slice the flank steak.
- Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp baking soda to the beef and mix thoroughly. Rinse the beef well and drain.
- To the rinsed beef, add 1/3 tsp sugar, 1/3 tsp ground pepper, 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, and 1 tsp cornstarch. Mix until well combined, then mix in 1 tsp oil.
- Heat a wok or large pan over high heat. Stir-fry the beef until it just changes color, then remove it from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the sliced onion, green pepper, and red pepper (30g each). Stir-fry until they begin to soften.
- Once the peppers are softened, return the cooked beef to the pan.
- Add 1 tsp light soy sauce and stir everything together well until heated through.
- Dish up and enjoy immediately!
