No Bake Strawberry Delight

This chilled, layered dessert is a strawberry lover’s dream. With a buttery graham cracker crust, a creamy filling, and a sweet strawberry topping, this easy freezer dessert is perfect for summer gatherings or make-ahead treats.

- In a medium-sized bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, vanilla extract, and melted butter together.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8×8 baking dish to form an even crust layer.
- Place sliced strawberries in a single layer over the graham cracker crust.
- Freeze the dish for at least 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth. Beat an additional 3 minutes until fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Spread half of the cream cheese filling over the strawberries. Smooth into an even layer and return to the freezer.
- Add strawberry Jello to the remaining cream cheese mixture and fold gently to combine.
- Spread the strawberry mixture over the first cream cheese layer evenly.
- Freeze for 20 minutes.
- Spread Cool Whip on top of the strawberry layer and return to the freezer for at least 1 hour.
- Garnish with chopped fresh strawberries and extra graham cracker crumbs, if desired. Slice and enjoy frozen!
