These homemade Bounty bars transform just four simple ingredients into a rich, chocolate-coated treat that’s packed with creamy coconut flavor. They’re easy to prepare ahead of time, naturally high in protein thanks to Greek yogurt, and perfect for satisfying sweet cravings straight from the fridge or freezer.
Ingredients:
- 150 g desiccated coconut
- 400 ml 0% fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 300 g dark chocolate (melted)

Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the desiccated coconut, Greek yogurt, and optional honey. Mix until fully combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into a parchment-lined tray or baking pan.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours, or overnight for the best texture.
- Once firm, remove from the freezer and slice into bars.
- Dip each bar into the melted dark chocolate, coating all sides, then place onto a fresh parchment-lined tray.
- Transfer the bars to the refrigerator or freezer for about 10 minutes, or until the chocolate has completely hardened.
- Serve chilled and store leftovers in the refrigerator or freezer.
