Simple, fluffy, and packed with protein, these three-ingredient pancakes are the perfect breakfast hack for busy mornings. No flour, no fuss, all flavor.

Directions

  1. Blend together a banana,eggs, and a scoop of cottage cheese until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat with a little oil. Pour about ⅓ cup of the batter onto the pan.
  3. Cook for 2–3 minutes until golden on the bottom, then flip and cook another 1–2 minutes.
  4. Serve plain or with your favorite toppings!
