Simple, fluffy, and packed with protein, these three-ingredient pancakes are the perfect breakfast hack for busy mornings. No flour, no fuss, all flavor.
Directions
- Blend together a banana,eggs, and a scoop of cottage cheese until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat with a little oil. Pour about ⅓ cup of the batter onto the pan.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until golden on the bottom, then flip and cook another 1–2 minutes.
- Serve plain or with your favorite toppings!
