  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Cook steak until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3Add onions and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until softened, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. 4Slice French bread horizontally, but not all the way through, creating a pocket.

  • 2 green onions, sliced

Directions

  1. 1Season steak slices with salt and pepper.
  2. 2Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Cook steak for 1-2 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the same skillet.
  4. 4Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. 5Whisk in honey, soy sauce, and cornstarch until smooth.
  6. 6Return steak to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
