Fresh vegetables, tangy feta, and zesty Italian dressing come together in this easy pasta salad that’s perfect for barbecues, potlucks, meal prep, or weeknight dinners. It only gets better after chilling, making it an ideal make-ahead side dish.

Ingredients:
- 12 oz rotini pasta (tri-color or regular)
- red onions (diced)
- English cucumbers (diced)
- grape tomatoes (halved)
- Italian seasoning
- 1 pack feta cheese
- 1 15 oz bottle Italian dressing

Directions
- Cook the ROTINI PASTA according to the package directions until al dente. Drain well, rinse under cold water, and allow it to cool completely.
- Transfer the cooled PASTA to a large mixing bowl.
- Add the diced RED ONION, diced ENGLISH CUCUMBER, halved GRAPE TOMATOES, and ITALIAN SEASONING.
- Add the crumbled FETA CHEESE.
- Pour the entire bottle of ITALIAN DRESSING over the pasta salad.
- Gently toss everything together until all of the ingredients are evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour so the flavors can blend together.
- Give the pasta salad one final stir before serving chilled.
