This Teriyaki Beef & Rice Bowl combines tender beef, brown rice, broccoli, carrots, and teriyaki sauce into a flavorful high-protein meal that works perfectly for lunch, dinner, or meal prep.
Ingredients:
- 16 oz beef patties (crumbled)
- 1 1/3 cup brown rice
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cup Brussels sprouts (air-fried)
- 1/2 cup teriyakik sauce
- sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
- scallions (sliced, optional, for garnish)
- cilantro (optional, for garnish)
- red pepper flakes (optional, for garnish)

Directions
