Tequila White Sangria
Ingredients:
Base
- 1 Bottle Sauvignon Blanc
- 1/2 Cup Blanco Tequila
- 1/4 Cup Orange Liqueur
Fresh Ingredients
- Lemons (Sliced)
- Green Apples (Slices are cut into squares )
- Grapes (Handful)
Brighter
- 2-3 Tbsp Agave (Or Simple Syrup)
- 1 Lime (Juice on One Whole Lime)
Finish
- Prosecco (A splash right before serving )
Ingredients are subject to availability at local stores. Unavailable items will be automatically substituted at best-effort.
- Prep the fruit.
Chop the green apple, slice the lemon, and halve the grapes. Add all the fruit to a large pitcher. - Add the spirits.
Pour in the blanco tequila and orange liqueur. - Add the wine.
Pour in the bottle of dry white wine. - Balance the flavor.
Stir in fresh lime juice and 2–3 tablespoons of simple syrup, adjusting sweetness to your taste. - Let it chill.
Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours so the fruit can infuse the sangria. - Finish before serving.
Right before pouring, top with a splash of prosecco or sparkling water for a light bubbly finish. - Serve cold over ice with extra fruit in the glass.
