  1. Prep the fruit.
    Chop the green apple, slice the lemon, and halve the grapes. Add all the fruit to a large pitcher.
  2. Add the spirits.
    Pour in the blanco tequila and orange liqueur.
  3. Add the wine.
    Pour in the bottle of dry white wine.
  4. Balance the flavor.
    Stir in fresh lime juice and 2–3 tablespoons of simple syrup, adjusting sweetness to your taste.
  5. Let it chill.
    Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours so the fruit can infuse the sangria.
  6. Finish before serving.
    Right before pouring, top with a splash of prosecco or sparkling water for a light bubbly finish.
  7. Serve cold over ice with extra fruit in the glass.
