Sun-dried Italian Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 1 Ciabatta Roll
- 2 Tbsp jarred sun-dried tomato pesto
- 3 Genoa Salami (Sliced )
- 3 Prosciutto (Sliced )
- 3 Fresh Mozzarella
- Arugula (Small handful )
- 2-3 Red onion (Sliced thinly )
- 3-4 Pepperoni (Slices )
- Olive Oil (Drizzle )
- Red wine vinegar (Small Splash )
- Black Pepper (Pinch )
- Pepperoncini

Instructions
- Slice the ciabatta roll in half and lightly toast if desired.
- Spread the sun-dried tomato pesto on both sides of the bread.
- Layer the salami, prosciutto, and fresh mozzarella onto the sandwich.
- Top with red onion, pepperoncini, and arugula.
- Drizzle the arugula with olive oil and a splash of red wine vinegar, then finish with black pepper.
- Press the sandwich together, slice in half, and enjoy immediately.
