Ingredients:
- 1 lb shaved beef steak
- 1 lb chicken tenderloins (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 tsp black pepper (for seasoning meat)
- 1 tsp chicken bullion (for seasoning meat)
- 1 tsp soy sauce (for seasoning meat)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bell pepper (cut into chunks)
- 1 small onion (sliced)
- 3 tbsp garlic (minced)
- 1 jar chili garlic crunch (you'll use some of the oil and some of the crunch)
- 1 bunch green onions (chopped)
- 1 lb spaghetti (cooked)
Sauce
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp cornstarch
Directions
- Season the shaved beef with black pepper and soy sauce. Season the chicken with black pepper, chicken bouillon, and soy sauce.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and brown the chicken. Once fully cooked, remove from the pan.
- Add the beef to the same skillet and cook through. Remove and set aside.
- Drizzle in some of the oil from the chili garlic crunch jar (just the oil, not the bits yet). Add the sliced onion and bell pepper and sauté until soft. Stir in minced garlic and green onions and add about 1 heaping spoonful of the actual chili garlic crunch (with the bits) cook for 2 minutes!
- Toss in the cooked thin spaghetti.
- In a bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients. Pour it over the noodles and toss. Let the sauce thicken.
- Add the cooked chicken and beef back in, give everything a final mix, and serve. Top with chili crisp for extra heat!
