Start your day with a protein-packed smoothie that uses real food—no protein powder needed! With the new Silk Protein, you get 13g of complete plant protein per serving, blended with sweet raspberries, creamy banana, and nutrient-rich flaxseed for the perfect breakfast or post-workout boost.

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender: a generous handful of raspberries (fresh or frozen), 1 ripe banana (preferably frozen for a creamier texture), 1 tablespoon of flaxseed, a scoop of your favorite yogurt, and 1 serving of Silk Protein (or another protein-fortified plant milk).
  2. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more Silk Protein or water until you reach your desired consistency.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. For an extra nutritional boost, you can also add a handful of spinach—it won’t affect the delicious berry flavor!
