This Pistachio Spanish Latte is creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced with bold espresso, sweetened condensed milk, warm cinnamon, and nutty pistachio spread. It comes together in just a few minutes and tastes like a café-quality iced latte made right at home.

•   2 tsp instant espresso
•   1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
•   1/2 tbsp pistachio spread
•   1 dash cinnamon
•   1 pinch salt
•   2 oz water
•   4-6 oz milk

Directions

1. In a glass or small bowl, combine the INSTANT ESPRESSO, SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK, PISTACHIO SPREAD, CINNAMON, and a pinch of SALT.
2. Pour in the HOT WATER and whisk until the espresso dissolves completely and the mixture is smooth.
3. Spread a little extra PISTACHIO SPREAD around the inside of your serving glass.
4. Fill the glass with ICE.
5. Pour in 4–6 OUNCES OF MILK of your choice.
6. Slowly pour the pistachio espresso mixture over the milk.
7. Stir well before drinking and enjoy immediately.
