Spicy Butter-Poached Shrimp & Toast

This viral shrimp dish is buttery, spicy, and full of garlic heat — served over crispy, golden toast to soak up every drop. It’s the perfect 10-minute indulgence you’ll crave again and again.

Directions

  1. Toast slices of bread in a skillet with butter until golden and crisp. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add more butter along with minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until opaque and lightly pink.
  4. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a handful of chopped parsley.
  5. Serve shrimp over the toasted bread, spooning the buttery pan sauce on top. Enjoy immediately.
