Directions

  1.  Cut fresh, skinless salmon fillets into bite-sized cubes (about 1 to 1.5-inch pieces). Pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a bowl, mix together your seasoning blend.
  3. Toss the salmon cubes in the seasoning until well-coated on all sides.
  4. Air fry salmon in a single layer and cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
  5. While the salmon cooks, whisk your sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.
  6. Heat up cauliflower rice (microwaved, sautéed, or steamed). Place a scoop into a bowl, top with crispy salmon bites, and drizzle generously with bang bang sauce.

Optional toppings: sesame seeds, chopped green onions, or cilantro.
