Directions

  1. Sautee spinach and bell pepper.
  2. Add sautéed spinach and bell pepper to a bowl with cream cheese and shredded mozzarella. Mix it all together. Set aside to fill the chicken with.
  3. Season chicken thighs and shrimp with spices.
  4. Sautee shrimp then set aside.
  5. Stuff chicken with sautéed filling.
  6. Sear chicken on each side for 5-7 minutes until it has a nice crust.
  7. Add heavy whipping cream, shredded mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, and sautéed shrimp to the skillet and let simmer.
  8. Once it comes to a nice boil take it out and enjoy!
