- Ingredients• 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
• 1 lb pork shoulder or tenderloin, cubed
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• Salt & pepper, to taste
• Fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs (optional)
• Metal or soaked wooden skewers
Instructions
- ◊ Make the marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, and all the seasonings.
- ◊ Marinate the meat: Add the beef and pork to the bowl and coat evenly. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- ◊ Skewer the meat: Thread the marinated cubes onto skewers, alternating between beef and pork. Add rosemary sprigs if using.
- ◊ Grill or air-fry: Cook on a hot grill or in an air fryer at 400°F for 10–14 minutes, turning halfway through, until meat is cooked and slightly charred.
- ◊ Serve & enjoy: Let rest a few minutes, then serve with your favorite sauces and sides.
