Sweet heat meets savory perfection in these Hot Honey Sliders—easy to make, dangerously delicious, and perfect for entertaining or a weeknight treat.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef or ground chicken
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pack Hawaiian slider buns
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 0.25 cup mayonnaise (optional)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp hot honey (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Slice the slider buns horizontally to separate the tops from the bottoms. Place the bottom buns in a baking dish.
- Spread mayo on the buns if using. Layer the cooked meat evenly across the buns and top with cheese slices.
- Place the bun tops over the cheese. Brush the tops with melted butter and drizzle with hot honey. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
- Remove, slice, and serve warm with extra hot honey on the side for dipping!
