This one’s for the spice lovers! Flaky white fish is coated in a fiery jerk rub and kissed with sticky hot honey glaze — all balanced out by tender-crisp roasted broccolini. Quick, bold, and bursting with flavor.

Instructions

  • Prep the fish: Pat fillets dry, then rub with jerk seasoning, a pinch of salt, and black pepper. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  • Prep the broccolini: Toss with olive oil, salt, and optional garlic powder. Roast at 425°F for 15–18 minutes, until crisp-tender and slightly charred.
  • Cook the fish: Sear the seasoned fish in a hot pan with a bit of oil for 2–3 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden.
  • Glaze it: Drizzle hot honey over fish while it’s still warm, and squeeze on a bit of fresh lime juice.
