🔥 Hot Honey Jerk White Fish & Broccolini
This one’s for the spice lovers! Flaky white fish is coated in a fiery jerk rub and kissed with sticky hot honey glaze — all balanced out by tender-crisp roasted broccolini. Quick, bold, and bursting with flavor.

-
Ingredients:
- 2 white fish fillets (cod, halibut, or tilapia)
- 1 bunch broccolini
- 2 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp hot honey
- 0.5 lime (juiced)
- Optional: fresh thyme, garlic powder

Instructions
- ◊ Prep the fish: Pat fillets dry, then rub with jerk seasoning, a pinch of salt, and black pepper. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- ◊ Prep the broccolini: Toss with olive oil, salt, and optional garlic powder. Roast at 425°F for 15–18 minutes, until crisp-tender and slightly charred.
- ◊ Cook the fish: Sear the seasoned fish in a hot pan with a bit of oil for 2–3 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden.
- ◊ Glaze it: Drizzle hot honey over fish while it’s still warm, and squeeze on a bit of fresh lime juice.
- ◊ Serve: Plate your fish with the roasted broccolini and spoon any extra glaze over the top. It’s sweet, spicy, and oh-so-satisfying.
