30 DAYS OF HEALTHY 20 MINUTE MEALS Day 10| Garlic honey BBQ pulled chicken tacos 🥵 Look at that CHEESE PULULULLLLL!! 😮‍💨 Sticky pulled honey bbq chicken with garlic butter brushed tacos and mozzarella Macros 546 calories 50gP / 15gF / 53gC Serves: 2 Shopping list ✍️ - Small red onion, finely diced - 1/2 red pepper, finely diced - 300g chicken tenders - 1 tbsp bbq seasoning - Salt & pepper - 4 tbsp bbq sauce - 1 1/2 tsp honey - 4 mini tortilla wraps - 1 tbsp Light butter - 1 tsp fresh parsley - 1 large garlic clove, minced - 60g grated mozzarella Method Season the chicken tenders with bbq seasoning, salt & pepper. Fry the veg in oil spray for a few minutes to often then fry the chicken until cooked. Dip one side of the mini tortilla wraps into the sauce and set aside. Shred the chicken then add it back into the pan along with the bbq sauce and honey, fry on high for a minute. Mix the buttery, parsley & garlic together and set aside. Add the filling into a bowl then place the tortilla sauce side down into the pan. Add the cheese then the chicken, fold over and fry on both sides until crispy, spreading over the garlic butter for the last minute and repeat for the other tacos and enjoy! #healthyrecipes #easyrecipes #healthymeal #lowcalorie #highprotein #tacos #fyp

Directions

  1. Season the chicken tenders with BBQ seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spray a pan with oil and fry the vegetables until soft.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken tenders to the pan and cook until done.
  4. Dip one side of the mini tortillas into BBQ sauce and set aside.
  5. Shred the cooked chicken and return it to the pan with more BBQ sauce and a drizzle of honey. Fry on high for 1 minute.
  6. Mix together butter, chopped parsley, and minced garlic; set aside.
  7. Place the dipped tortilla, sauce side down, in a hot skillet.
  8. Top with shredded cheese and the pulled chicken, fold into a taco shape.
  9. Pan fry on both sides until golden and crispy. Brush with the garlic butter during the last minute of cooking.
  10. Repeat with the remaining ingredients and serve hot.
