- Cut steak into cubes and season them generously with salt and pepper.
- Add the avocado oil to a cast iron or large skillet and heat it over high heat. Make sure the oil is hot, then add the steak bites to it. Cook for at least 3 minutes before stirring to get a nice sear. Continue cooking for another 2 minutes until they’re golden brown. If your skillet isn’t big enough, you may need to do this in batches.
- Transfer the steak bites to a bowl and in the same skillet, add the butter. Turn the heat down to medium-low and allow the butter to melt.
- Add the minced garlic. Cook for about 30 seconds while stirring, just until the garlic becomes fragrant and starts to brown.
- Add the steak bites back to the skillet and toss well to coat. Allow steak to rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
