This rich and hearty Garlic Butter Linguine is loaded with cheesy ground beef and Italian sausage in a creamy, garlicky sauce. It’s the ultimate comfort food that comes together in one pan.

Directions

  1. Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef and Italian sausage over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Italian seasoning.
  5. Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, stirring until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
  6. Return the cooked beef and sausage to the skillet, then toss in the linguine. Mix well until everything is coated with the sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
