This rich and hearty Garlic Butter Linguine is loaded with cheesy ground beef and Italian sausage in a creamy, garlicky sauce. It’s the ultimate comfort food that comes together in one pan.
Ingredients:
- 12 oz linguini pasta
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb Italian sausage (casings removed)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp black pepper (to taste)
- 1 pinch fresh parsley (for garnish)
Directions
- Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef and Italian sausage over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Italian seasoning.
- Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, stirring until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
- Return the cooked beef and sausage to the skillet, then toss in the linguine. Mix well until everything is coated with the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
