Creamy Shrimp Pasta combines juicy shrimp, sautéed peppers, onions, mushrooms, garlic, and Pepper Jack cheese in a rich, creamy sauce tossed with pasta. It’s an easy restaurant-style dinner that’s perfect for busy weeknights when you want something comforting and packed with flavor.
Ingredients:
- shrimp
- seasonings
- olive oil
- butter
- red onion (chopped)
- green bell pepper (chopped)
- red bell pepper (chopped)
- garlic (chopped)
- mushrooms (chopped)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- pepper jack cheese
- pasta (cooked)

Directions
- Season the SHRIMP with your preferred SEASONINGS.
- Heat the OLIVE OIL and BUTTER in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the seasoned SHRIMP and cook until just opaque. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Add the chopped RED ONION, GREEN BELL PEPPER, RED BELL PEPPER, GARLIC, additional SEASONINGS, and chopped MUSHROOMS to the skillet.
- Cook until the vegetables have softened.
- Pour in the HEAVY CREAM and stir well.
- Add the PEPPER JACK CHEESE and stir until melted into a smooth sauce.
- Add the cooked PASTA and toss until coated.
- Return the cooked SHRIMP to the skillet and gently mix everything together.
- Serve immediately while hot.
