Classic Cobb Salad

A hearty and colorful salad packed with protein, creamy avocado, smoky bacon, and vibrant veggies. Perfect as a satisfying lunch or a light dinner!
Ingredients:
- 4 cups chopped romaine or mixed greens
- 1 large grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, halved or chopped
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 0.25 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 0.33 cup blue cheese or feta crumbles
- 3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives (optional)
Instructions
- Start by preparing all your toppings: cook and crumble the bacon, boil and peel the eggs, grill the chicken, and chop the veggies.
- Spread the chopped greens evenly on a large platter or bowl.
- Neatly arrange the toppings in rows: chicken, eggs, avocado, tomatoes, onions, cheese, and bacon.
- Sprinkle fresh chives on top for a pop of flavor and color (optional).
- Drizzle with your preferred dressing right before serving or serve it on the side for guests to pour their own.
