  1. Prep the wings
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. This helps them get crispy.

  2. Season the wings
In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and baking powder.

  3. Cook the wings (Air Fryer)
Place wings in the air fryer in a single layer.
Cook at 400°F for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden.

(You can also bake them at 425°F for about 40–45 minutes if you prefer the oven.)

  4. Make the chimichurri
In a bowl, combine parsley, garlic, red pepper flakes, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and salt. Stir well and let the sauce sit for about 10 minutes so the flavors develop.

  5. Finish the wings
Once the wings are crispy, transfer them to a bowl or platter and spoon or drizzle the chimichurri over the top.

  6. Serve
Finish with extra parsley and a squeeze of lemon if desired. Serve immediately while the wings are hot and crispy.
