Chimichurri Wings
Ingredients:
For the Wings
- 2 Lbs Chicken Wings
- 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil (I used avocado oil)
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Smoked Paprika
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Baking Powder (A pinch. It helps with crispness )
Chimichurri Sauce
- 1 cup Parsley (Fresh, finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Oregano ((Or 1 tsp dried))
- 3-4 Garlic (Cloves, minced)
- 1/2 Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil (GOOD OLIVE OIL)
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- Salt to Taste
- Squeeze of Lemon

Prep the wings
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. This helps them get crispy. -
Season the wings
In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. -
Cook the wings (Air Fryer)
Place wings in the air fryer in a single layer.
Cook at 400°F for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden.(You can also bake them at 425°F for about 40–45 minutes if you prefer the oven.)

Make the chimichurri
In a bowl, combine parsley, garlic, red pepper flakes, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and salt. Stir well and let the sauce sit for about 10 minutes so the flavors develop. -
Finish the wings
Once the wings are crispy, transfer them to a bowl or platter and spoon or drizzle the chimichurri over the top. -
Serve
Finish with extra parsley and a squeeze of lemon if desired. Serve immediately while the wings are hot and crispy.
