Instructions
- Cook your noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and chili flakes. Sauté for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until fragrant (but not burnt).
- Add in soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sugar. Stir to combine.
