Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cucumber (sliced)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 small piece of ginger
Directions
- Soak chia seeds in a cup of water for a few minutes until they form a gel.
- To a blender, add cucumber, pineapple, lemon juice, celery, your chia water, and a small piece of ginger.
- Blend for one minute until smooth.
- Enjoy immediately!
