Next-level soft, chewy, and gooey chocolate chip cookie bars! No scooping, no chill time—just mix, bake, and slice. The edges get perfectly crisp while the center stays melt-in-your-mouth soft. The easiest way to satisfy your cookie cravings!
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 2 cups Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels (divided)
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 13×10-inch jelly roll pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large mixer bowl, beat softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Gradually mix in the flour mixture until just combined.
- Stir in most of the semi-sweet chocolate morsels and chopped nuts (if using). Reserve the remaining chocolate chips for topping.
- Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the reserved chocolate chips over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
