Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the cubed Camembert cheese in a small baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  3. Take slices of prosciutto, roll them up, and nestle the rolls between the cubes of cheese in the dish.
  4. Scatter the blackberries evenly over the top of the cheese and prosciutto.
  5. Sprinkle everything with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  6. Place small dollops of garlic butter around the dish, on top of the cheese.
  7. Add a few sprigs of fresh rosemary for flavor and aroma.
  8. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted, bubbly, and starting to brown around the edges.
  9. Remove the dish from the oven. Immediately add small dollops of raspberry jam over the hot, melted dip.
  10. Serve warm and gooey with slices of crusty French bread, crackers, or crostini. Enjoy!
