Butter Garlic Shrimp

Quick, easy, and incredibly flavorful, this Butter Garlic Shrimp comes together in minutes. Juicy shrimp are sautéed and tossed in a rich, aromatic garlic butter sauce with a hint of spice.
Ingredients:
Shrimp
- 16 oz shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
- 6 tbsp butter
- 12-15 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1.5 - 2 tsp chili flakes
- 3-4 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
Directions
- Dry off your shrimp, then season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and olive oil. Mix gently.
- In a small pan on LOW heat, cook your butter, minced garlic, chili flakes, parsley, and lemon juice. Cook until well combined (about 1-2 minutes), then remove from the heat and set aside.
- Add a tablespoon of olive oil to a pan and cook the shrimp on medium-high heat for about a minute on each side (no longer than three minutes total cook time).
- Add the garlic butter sauce and gently mix until well combined.
- Serve as an appetizer or with pasta as a dinner.
