Rich, creamy, and spiked with your favorite liquor, this Boozy Hot Chocolate is the ultimate cozy drink for chilly nights and festive gatherings.

Directions

1. In a saucepan, whisk together whole milk, granulated sugar, and unsweetened cocoa powder over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
2. Add finely chopped bittersweet chocolate and whisk until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
3. Pour the hot chocolate mixture evenly into two mugs.
4. Add your liquor of choice — Whitney used whiskey and Baileys (about 2 ounces each), but you can adjust to taste.
5. Stir well, top with marshmallows if you like, and enjoy!
