Tender fish fillets coated in a vibrant, spicy masala blend and pan-fried to perfection, served with a cool and creamy garlic dill sauce for the ultimate flavor experience.

Directions

  1. Place the fish fillets in a large bowl.
  2. Add chopped red chillies, garlic, cumin seeds, chilli, garam masala, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander seeds, lemon juice, oil, and salt to the bowl.
  3. Mix thoroughly until the fish is evenly coated with the spice marinade.
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated fish for 6-7 minutes, flipping halfway, until cooked through and golden.
  5. While the fish cooks, prepare the garlic sauce by whisking together mayo, yogurt, dill, garlic powder, black pepper, and sea salt in a small bowl.
  6. Serve the spicy masala fish hot with the cool garlic sauce on the side.
